When PVP is stuck on the loading screen and can't do anything.

Could you please try these basic troubleshooting steps:
- Clear Game cache
- Switch the network
- Restart the game
If the issue still occurs, provide us with your Character ID or Nickname, Device model and a recorded video of the issue.

I played on PC and using LAN cable, I restarted the game already, thank you.
