I've been playing since week 1 of Season 1. I have never missed using the Otherwordly Horn when it's ready. But to this date, I have never "rolled" above a 14, Keeping my possible gains to the two worst redsults. Mathematically, that shouldn't happen. I mean, yes, it's theoretically possible, but, if it's purposely set up that way, it's horrible. Change it to have minimum's like you do the summoning die.

Hello Traveler, thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing your concerns.
Regarding the [Otherworldly Horn] issue you mentioned, please rest assured that we always value players' feedback. I have already sent your suggestions and ideas to the R&D team, and we will continue to collect Travelers' opinions and optimize and improve the relevant gameplay.
At the same time, we understand your concerns about the probability rules of the Horn. Please rest assured that the probability rules of the Horn are based on a random number generator (RNG) system. This means that each time you blow the Horn, there is a certain probability of triggering different results to ensure fairness and diversity in the game. Although the probability of obtaining high-quality heroes may be relatively low, you still have a chance to draw the high-quality heroes you desire. We sincerely hope that you will be able to draw your ideal heroes when using the Horn.
We highly value your gaming experience, and we will continue to work hard through game updates and optimizations to meet the expectations of our broad player base.
If you have any specific suggestions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
its not 1/20 chance. the d20 is just for show.
I'm aware. But not rolling over a 14 twice a day for sixty days is statistically improbable.
don't worry 3 season only two epic from the dice lol, really bad odds just wish the would show the real odds at least.
Yeah, it's disengenuous if not outright fraud to show a d20 rolling and not have it be 1 in 20 odds.
I guess just remove the dice and issue solved then
it's free so where's the fraud? I'd imagine there's no pity on the horn and a 15+ would be like 3% and a 20 0.5% at best so to roll under either of those over 60 days isn't exactly unlikely
Is there any chance that the developers would tell us the real probabilities? I know that it is free, but it is still disheartening to keep rolling the low results, when the graphical display shows a D20. Maybe it is because I used to play tabletop D&D, but it just gives a bad feeling about the game when the 'dice are against you'. 😔 I would rather have the true probability.
