We recommend using the Fast Travel function to exit and unlocking the telekinesis ability to move the stone.
To learn telekinesis and unlock the ability, please proceed to the crossroads in the Map - Athalean and Starfall Plain Wilderness area, There, you will find Ronna the Squalid Wizard. Accept the tutorial quest from Ronan and complete it. Once you finish the quest, you will be able to use the telekinesis ability without any issues.
It would be highly appreciated if you confirm with us if the issue has been resolved.
