Do you have the video of neither of them procing? I expect what is happening is that they are probably being resisted, which shows “Resist” in the battle

i have 40 acc in gear and more in the exp tree for having a 5 man. and no but it happens every vortex no matter how much acc i have. also if the proc was 100% hed hit it on both attacks, i had him proc nothing at all on his first swing.

- Go first by percentage probability(if any)
- If "1." successful, then go Accuracy vs Resistance
- If Accuracy is much more than Resistance, there's still a fixed 3% percentage that you'll fail to add debuffs.
From your description, probably your Sagomir's accuracy is not high enough to make sure your successful percentage of adding debuff to the boss in Temporal Vortex is high enough. Or just your Sagomir experienced that fixed 3% falure in adding debuff.

This is normal due to the fixed 3% resistance probability. We suggest you continue to Increase accuracy. 🙏

I would suggest adding a video to confirm whether Sagomir is not proccing the debuff even when fully scrolled, or if the boss is resisting the debuff. If there is a bug proccing the debuffs, then no amount of Accuracy is going to help.
The first trample looks like it will never debuff based on the wording, as the second swing is what should be proccing it
