Hello everyone,

I just re-installed the game at S2.
It was a clean instalation, means all old Dragonheir files have been 100% deleted.

The problem I encounter is:
The mouse cursor is missing. However it still highlights on objects in the camp when the cursor hovered over one.

I have tried all available solutions from YouTube tutorials to Microsoft Community forum. Nothing work.

This case also already reported to support, where the respond is they are currently investigating the issue.

This cursor missing is only occured in Dragonheir client. I test on another apps (Eve Online and Adobe Premiere Pro), the cursor presents fine.

Does anybody ever had the same issue?
Did it solved?
Would you share me how can you solve it?

Thank you.

Dear Traveler,

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. After verifying with our team, it has been identified that the disappearance of the cursor is due to compatibility issues with the Windows operating system 26080 update patch. We recommend trying to roll back the upgrade patch of the Windows operating system to see if this resolves the issue. Rest assured, we will continue to optimize the game to provide a better gaming experience. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Wish you a pleasant gaming experience! If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Dear Lydia,

Thank you for the reply.

I have great news. The problem was solved just now.
There was a Windows update recently, and after I updated the Windows, the problem solved.

By this situation, I would like to address that the identified problem by your team is totally accurate.
The problem was the Windows, not the Dragonheir application.

It is solved now.
Have a great day and wish your team always in excellent shape.
