In-game delay since the last maintenance on PC

Hey,
Ever since the last maintenance there seems to be a small lag\delay when doing things in-game such as opening\closing menus (like opening my bag or hero tab), changing gear (equipping\unequipping etc). I didn't notice any issues during the actual combat and casting skills, but entering\exiting combat after the fight is done is delayed in the same manner.
The delay varies from 0.5s to about 2 seconds in worse cases and didn't happen to me before the patch. My settings also didn't change and I'm using the same PC and internet connection via LAN cable.
