I strongly disagree, those mentioned heroes are already strong enough and dont need exclusive artifacts , that would make them too strong

I don't think it is necessary.

It will just ruin the balance.
As exclusive artifacts are feasibly achieveable by robust spenders, the balance will not in favor to free players.

Remember 2 most essential points:

  1. The Company lives by spender players.
  2. The Game lives by free players.

Adding this kind of exclusive artifacts will kill the free players, in the end, you kill the game.

I think the concern here by most players (inc. me) is that having more exclusive artifacts will break the game balance.

Heroes like mithrasea, khrysos, elecebre, berengar have very strong inspirations. I think the devs have already factored in a lack of exclusive artifacts inside here.

If they can really add exclusive artifact without breaking game balance, then i guess i am ok with it. But then the exclusive artifacts may end up being mediocre.

Frankly speaking, why risk affecting the balance?

Even if you really want to do things that affect game balance, why not spend the time on other things that need severe rework (summoners i am looking at you).
