When using crown of the unclean with Rava she will never hit more than one targer each time she casts the ulti. Is this a bug? The 75% chance if defense penalty should be triggered every time the ulti does damage which is every second. If not a bug, the artifact description should be changed as it is definitaly NOT everytime an ultimate deals damage.
