I just back to play in S2.
What surprised me is the saved team composition is also deleted. This was not explained before in the reset rules.
Saved team composition is just a note of players which impact nothing to the game performance. It helps me to keep who's who, and what's whose.
Suggestion:
Please don't delete the saved team composition upon next S3 or please write down at the reset rules should you decide to wipe it out.

Reset rules are in the game, everything is explained in game.
Also it doesnt help to keep them as the element synergy changes each season causing those teams to be redundant until 3 seasons later

I just posted something similar - would be a nice option to start setting up teams for the next season as something to do. Doesn't have to include armor, artifacts, or runes, just the team comp would be something to play with in thinking ahead.

Reset Rules doesn't explain about lineup notes wipeout.
Notes and Heroes are 2 exactly different matter.
We know WW2 ships are all scrapped by today. Some of them preserved as museum.
Those that was scrapped doesn't mean all the blueprints and research notes must be scrapped as well. For those are 2 exactly different matter.
Prior to the new season, I prepared what team composition I would play, argument about redundant is not really applicable here.
If the team consists of 1 single element, it also will not obsolete.
