During Season1 there was free legendary champion after completing the main story quest.
This is very good approach for the launching of the game. But subsequent Season2 and onwards don’t have this sadly.
I wished the Devs can read this, and take in consideration to add 1 free legendary champion upon completing the story quest for future seasons.
This will definitely help boost the game popularity.

Either this, or adding a universally useful hero each season would be nice.
Basically create a higher baseline so that they can reasonably have things like Pillars and Fey without some people having 0 options.
