First of all I really enjoy the game it's a very good auto battler.
The character design is amazing , one of the best from the games out there.
But there are still ongoing game system issues.

Goblins/EXP/Elemental Crystals
I have made a post every season and this won't be any different because it's the same issue as before so I don't feel like repeating myself over and over.
I don't know what might be the best solution all I want is to see things improve even if it's baby steps.
The 2x reward tickets is a start but not good enough.
TLDR
Highest levels cost way too much EXP potions and elemental crystals, can't justify farming that all day everyday for months straight it's not fun and engaging content. Increase the amount of drops or decrease max EXP needed for lvl 90-100 and 50 crystals is too expensive per hero. Could also increase the drops same as you do with gear later in the season. Whatever the solution may be just improve it in some way.

Gear farming
First of all addition of mythic gear is a great idea.
It's a combination of Hero collector game and seasonal game, when it comes to grinding EXP/gear you need to let us be able to acquire it easier, because it all gets wiped every 3 months like a normal seasonal game, but the layers of RNG when it comes to gear stats is not like a normal seasonal game.

The correct set has to drop => the correct main stat has to drop => the correct sub stats have to drop => the correct sub stats have to be rolled x4

That's way too many layers for a seasonal game, maybe that formula works for a standart hero collector game but it's just not a good design for seasonal game.
Philo stones or more forging options for gear stats, philo stones is one good way for us to upgrade our gear , too bad that we get too few of them and way too late in the game.
More forging options so maybe we could reroll a stat. ( maybe some sort of consumable like philo stone)
Anything to play around with stats more would be welcome.

Content drought
By now the formula stays the same and it's too predictable and redundant, it's the exact same event calendar every season, 1 month in extra gear drops , continental bosses, otherworld , end boss. There are no surprises/changes it's the same copy paste, we do the same "bosses" (continental heroes that are just turned into bosses) for like 50+ days straight, it's really not engaging and predictable at this point, team building is really limited and unfun.
The end game boss design is a good example of a good boss fight because it makes us use characters we would not normally use. S1 end boss Copper dragon had ultimate up/down mechanics and 3 hit target cleave , S2 end boss Mekka was great for AoE multi target so it made us build different teams than normal and make heroes that are not normally good shine.
So my suggestion is to fix the content drought that's happening in that time period, it's really not interesting to fight the same bosses for 50+days.
Some simple ideas that don't require you to spend time developing new things are like make a random copper dragon(mekka,errthu or elmeinster boss) appear 6 weeks into the season make us fight him again and compete just to switch things up from the monotone continental/otherworld farming. All of these bosses are waste of resources to develop if they are used only for 1 week and then put in the trash and they have the most interesting mechanics when it comes to team building.

Fey Meander
Right now as it stands the "walking around" part of the fey meander where you teleport in is pointless and meaningless, it could have potential to have rogue like elements to it or we could find treasure chests there or have some sort of buffs or permanent skill tree which we can improve as the season goes on , just something more interesting than what it is now.
The rewards need to be adjusted in ascending order , later stages more value, some of them are comical, chance to give more philo stones too.

New damage archetypes
The design of some of the new archetypes is very unique and very welcome especially the darkness type , I hope in future to see rage/fury type energy bars of some sort too.
Problem with adding 3 new archetypes every future season is that you have only for example 6 thunderbolt heroes in a game where team limit is 5 there is no real teambuilding choices there, it basically forces you to have all the heroes or you can't even build a decent team in most cases.
I hope in future season we will get few more characters for these archetypes that are lacking them.

Seasonal affinity bonuses
Right now we will go full rotation for the base element rotation circle,s4 will be repeat as season 1 (as far as we know and are guessing , you might surprise us)
i hope in future we could get a shake up and have new elemental dungeons like Poison + Radiant for example just to shake up the meta and make it more unpredictable.
(Might be too much to ask for but I just want to put out ideas just to switch up the same boring calendar for seasons)

In game shops
Paid store : more low spender value packs as asked before.
Alliance shop : the highest tier items are useless to a point where i don't even buy the ore packs , this could be a place to add philo stones here for example.
Bards Banquet: With the addition of a new weekly boss in s2 we have way too much bard currency, you could update the shop, even adding a helio dice there would be pretty good, anything small would be an upgrade for what it is now.

So just few suggestions that come in mind every season and looking forward to improve them.

Something else for the wishlist: You created these pretty new areas like Mekkashon, and the frozen area from season 1, and to a lesser extent the places where you take a whale down for a treasure chest. All of these look really nice and have interesting flavor, but we do them once and then never again. Use them! Add things to them! Creating them just to shutter them forever seems unsustainable and is counterintuitive to good worldbuilding.

You suggested everything correctly. The only pity is that by the time they read and discuss it, it will be too late for the game.

Agreed with the Fey Meander, please make it a rogue like with power ups and crazy bosses that we can re run each week.

Please consider these suggestions. This game has many areas that need improvement, and it feels stagnant right now. i do appreciate the QoL features that are added with the monthly (?) patches, but it many other aspects of the game are largely ignored - like reworking and balancing of characters that are completely worthless (Isatarian im looking at you).

I agree way to many layers with gear, gets to point just fills pointless to even run to improve your gear. The % chance to improve is just to low. They should tweak the system with reroll to change stat and were the points get allocated. If felt like playing would give me chance to improve my gear it would make the game more entertaining. Those I more likely to spend money. Right now at certain point it feels more like a grind and a job.

I really agree with the idea recommended in goblins, the 2x item is very good but it's still not enough and at some point the game doesn't allow you to acquire more, it's very exhausting to farm so much in goblins, something like 30x more per day there. Just thinking about doing this again with each new season gives me agony. Please DEV do something about the goblins/exp/elemental stone.

Well few months ago, i had this idea that if you can hit certain mark on Goblin, let's say, finish it with a lot of time left and 3star it ofc, u can then skip the combat animations all together and just freely aquire Goblin XP with a press of a button. Having super speed just eats the phones battery.

it's all about stamina anyway, unless there's a reason for which devs want me to burn my battery more, it's not like i'm actually sitting in front of my phone when i'm doing 80 goblin runs. I think the only explanation is that potentially the items that speed it up can net them some income.

38 runes in and only 1 is ice (rolled HP stat)... i happen to be building IB and frost team... some kind of maybe use gold to reroll the element or something

similarly with weapon sets:
20 weapons in.. 0 gambler...
just rolling specific set is frustrating... then we have pri stats to roll, sec stats to roll...

there needs to be a chase for items/stats always but more options would be very welcome , sometimes rng can go to extremes

some kind of pity drop for sets or elements should be there... i am ok with spending tons of breads to chase down perf substats... but we shdnt be spending tons of breads for just the element or set item.

In s1 we hade activity " find goblin on map" and got small rewards like purple dice or other materials. If you already did this activities what's the reason to remove them. S2 activity when we dive under water, its no rewards there?....

I think this suggestion should bring enough attention to at least have an answer for some of these things in the next dev talk , i would just like to hear the opinion from the dev side to hear out the thought process behind some of these systems and if they think they are working great as it is now or do they think there could be some improvements made.

Wanted to add, please pace the bosses in last month like continental: e.g. players can fight 6 otherworld bosses in the first week, then 9, 12, 15. Same for the final boss: 3 teams first day, then 4 next day, etc etc. The pacing is too fast for the time given.

I agree that it's a big task day one to make 15 teams , it's a huge jump, but i also want some sort of competition and not to make it too easy because then everyone could just get top points and i would lose interest, prolly biggest thing is that this system is not as fun in general , hopefully they work on end game as they said they agree it's repetitive and boring in the QnA . Season 4 we can dream 🙂

it is true i agree with you but i also feel like pillars and fey becomes boring and easy to me but then again i see people still struggling in s2 and s3 with those , people even struggle with the gate story quests in s3 and are surprised by the exploding eyeball things even tho we faced the same enemies in s2 , so i am not sure how well mobile gamers can handle difficulty increase and how would an casual / average gamer react to increasing the ceiling of these bosses from 22m .

Forgot to add people still don't know how to max push lvl 5 crystal domains in 3 seasons. Idk how would they do the difficulty increase and would it bother people

Investment/ Reward balance is off across the game.

Spending hours watching your team do the exact same every day is boring. It makes me want to play less… not more. Easy fix -> autocomplete. It made Eternal Evolution bearable and would be a great fit here as well.

Levelling individual heroes in a seasonal game is showing its true colours. While you get more heroes every season, the amount of heroes you can get to max level remains the same. Easy fix -> Make same system for arena everywhere.

People investing hundreds/ thousands of dollars and not getting new content is embarrassing.

As of now, this game should be called AFK journey because all you do is be AFK while the game plays itself and drains your battery.

I completely agree, but their reasoning is somewhat justifiable. Season 3 was essentially written off due to something along the lines of change of ownership, which came after a scare that questioned the games immediate future afaik.

Season 4 needs to be BIG if they want to retain players.

How many people are working there? Whatever happens in the managers office has nothing to do with the floor. It’s a nice excuse but we’ve seen what they did provide for a story in season 2.
Season 1 was great… they need to replicate the same, add QOL features so people want to play instead of having to play. At least that is if they want to have a successful game and not look for further excuse why players aren’t getting more than rehashed content.
