Hi, I would like to understand better if this is an incorrect transcription, or an incorrect interpretation on my part.
In the wording it says: every 10 summonses, guaranteed a legendary hero. Ok, but my summonings used are already 12, and I haven't received the legendary hero.
Is it about the roll of the dice, or about the type of character?
