Endgame Resurgent Dragon - Vinyara not functioning properly?

Vitara does not apply the "Attack penalty II" debuff to Resurgent Dragon.
I tried with accuracy 253 on Vinyara and with the value 349.
Additionally, I have 50 accuracy from affinity, 40 accuracy from alliance buff and 50 accuracy from Vinyara aura.
Despite such accuracy values, Vinyara never used the "attack penalty II" debuff during the 8 minutes of the battle.
How is this possible?

@tranquil linden for resurgent dragons, to hit debuffs, you need to aim the middle of the dragon. unfortunately single target battle skills hits the limb...
so if you really want atk penalty, either go with some aoe battle skill, or manual single target ult

Perhaps the devs could update some description on the boss that the debuffs will need to hit the middle boss so as to avoid such confusion. I remember realizing this debuff mechanic probably only on the 2nd /3rd day.

Or show the debuffs on the limb so that ppl will know that they are kind of a separate entity

no worries, i am past s1 and i guess it could have given me an edge over the other adventurers but it is probably more fair if such info is properly shown to all.

Yes, you have to aim at the center and I do it manually. In auto mode it does not apply the debuff.
