Please hire two sombodies whose first, primary, and potentially only task, 24/7 (unless this task miraculously runs out sometimes), is to moderate and ACT ON player reports against scammer spammers.

As is stands, the most realistic scammer spammers can take days, weeks, up to a month, to finally disappear. Reasonably, from this, it would appear that the moderation of scammer spammers is not yet a priority of yours.

And it must become as such. Primo.

Surely the couple hundred you get per person who is annoyed by scammers... could pay for this.

#

FYI, Elamaris is still spamming.

Yep, still scamming, gonna remove yet?

I just report then block them so I do not see it anymore.

They're getting more aggressive because of getting to stick around so long.

Just gonna poke on this one until it's gone, please don't cancel the chat, just cancel the scammer instead....

#

I mean if you need help moderating, volunteers would do it.

#

"Yes, this one is a legitimate Need2Ban" and then your paid folk have less to look through...

#

But how has this guy survived for literal multiple weeks, unbanned?

#

Heck, I'd volunteer to scour through some of them on my downtime.

Free

I'm not trusted, but, look, letting these scammer proliferate is really very bad for the game.... you are traveling through the world and global chat is showing you stuff in the lower-left, forcing your curiosity at what is going on in there, and too much of it is currently accumulating too much of these... scammers.

#

I think........ a few people rotating a 24/hr cycle shouldn't be so bad? Just prioritize scam reports and then go back to other things?

#

Sure, you can follow-up with punishing those who might buy stuff, but that doesn't help overall, y'know, as much as just getting rid of scammers does.

#

This one existing for literal weeks only encourages the rest of them.

#

Thank you for your time.

Still here... time stamp of now...

There just doesn't seem to be... a person reading and responding to scam reports.
