#Elminster not available in the token shop

I already wrote a similar post in the suggestions forums, but was advised to post here, as community managers tend to check this forum more. I am sorry if this is against the rules.
I know this isn't a bug, and I fully accept this is my fault, however I was hoping to find a solution that wouldn't hurt anyone, and would make some people like me very happy.

So, I collected enough chess piece tokens but didn't buy Elminster yesterday, as I was pondering between the artifact and hero, thinking Elminster would still be available for purchase in the token shop, after the event finishes. To my surprise today, he isn't there 😦
Any chance he could be added to the token shop, same as his artifact? This is also the case with other event heroes Ardreth and Uitor, they are both available for purchase in the token shop until the end of the season. And this was the reason, why I thought that same would be the case with Elminster.
I am not asking to allow obtaining/purchasing more chess piece tokens, or anything like that, but just to be able to buy the hero if we already collected enough tokens during the event.

I associate myself with this suggestion. I made the same mistake. For some reason I was sure that Elminster could be obtained by the same rules as in other events. I think a lot of people didn't get the hero for that reason.

Unfortunately, once the event ends, heroes like Elminster won't be available for purchase using Sage's Chess Piece tokens anymore. However, the Token Shop will still be open for a bit longer, so you can use your tokens to exchange for other items or Creation Essence.

You can head to the Token Shop and see what other options are available for exchange. And if you've still got Sage's Chess Piece tokens after the Token Shop closes, don't worry. You can exchange them for Creation Essence at a rate of 1 token for 10 Essence. So, make sure to use them up before they expire!
