Teleportation is Unavailable now - game breaking bug

After defeating child of chaos, my character was thrown into Nytheria after a "A sudden force pulls you to a familiar place". I have an active quest to 'Defeat the Child of Chaos' in Chaos Universum, but I cannot travel there, or anywhere. I think the game was supposed to teleport me to a quest-line location in Chaos Universum, but instead it dropped me in Nytheria. Because I am in a quest-line I cannot teleport. I cannot teleport to the quest location or anywhere outside of Nytheria. All dungeons not in Nytheria are currently inaccessible to me 😦 I won't be able to do dailies starting tomorrow. Please help me fix this. Some screenshots below.

I have restarted the game which did not help. I also received an in-game mail giving me some rewards because of some 'issue', I was able to claim the rewards but the game is still expecting me to do this quest.
