#Scharlach bug on mekkatorque

When mekkatorque defeats Scharlach's summon, his ultimate energy resets to zero.
Timestamp: 1:12 and 3:45
Issue happened around 1:12 time and then again around 3:15. In between the other hero healings kept the summoned unit alive, so had to turn off the healing to replicate the issue

Dear Traveler, thank you for your patience, we would like to let you know it's worked as intended. After Scharlach summons Fear Bearer, if Fear Bearer is alive, Scharlach's Ultimate skill will be swapped to allow Fear Bearer to deal damage to enemies if Abyssal Domination is cast again. When Fear Bearer is dead, Scharlach's Ultimate skill will be swapped back to summon a new Fear Bearer.

This is CLEARLY **NOT **WORKING AS INTENDED! I just watched the video myself and you can CLEARLY see that Scharlach is LOSING HIS ULTIMATE GAUGE when the pet dies.
There is no reason his gauge should be reset to 0 if the pet dies, it should be staying where it was so he can summon a new one. Fix this.

Scharlach's Ultimate skill will switch between these two effects, and switching skills will clear his Ultimate recharge:
When there is no summoned Fear Bearer, the skill is to summon one;
When there is a summoned Fear Bearer, the skill is to let the summoned Fear Bearer deal damage to the enemies.
Which means when Fear Bearer is dead, Scharlach will lose the Ultimate recharge and switch into summon effect.
Both skills do the same amount of damage therefore there should be no reason he just wastes 20 seconds waiting for his ult and then losing it if the pet happens to die before he cast it.
This is an absurdly bad design and should be rethought about by the design team along with the rest of the summon units and their abysmal performance.
It is very weird... if we look at other summoners, irzillas, joyce, they all summon skelo, copies and when these "minions" die, their cd arent affected.
schalarch on the other hand has a fear bearer which is first of all limited to 1 copy and now has to face a cd penalty just because his minion dies?... (It may be a tankier version of other minions but it is definitely killable)
can you imagine charging 19s and fear bearer dies, so schalarch has to charge another 20s (making a total of 39s, the longest ult cd in game)?
Summoners are very poorly designed in that they first burden single target healers, have poor ult dmg, most minions dies quickly. Now we have to be penalised for not keeping the minion alive? Do we even have a choice on trying to keep the minions alive? are we able to transfer def, hp over to the minion? what are the stats of minions? we don't even know...

Thanks Lydia for your response. Whilst i agree with fellow players comments and think this is poor design, at least i understand why. Makes Scharlach useless in this boss fight though. Now I'm off to grind goblin so i can upgrade another hero to replace him
