Each summon is completely random, and both you and other players face the same probabilities. While it is possible to sometimes get consecutive duplicates, this is a normal random occurrence and is not influenced by previous summoning results.
To ensure fairness and balance in the game, we are constantly working on optimizing the hero summoning system. If you have any suggestions regarding this, we welcome you to share them with us. Wishing you a pleasant gaming experience!

Hi, we have to remind you that, the more epic heroes you have, the higher probability it'll be to draw repeated epic hero and the less probability it'll be to draw the epic hero you don't own.
We've also double-confirmed your Heliolite Summon records in recent 1 month (71 draws), and found you've summoned Epic hero Theodore, Zadok, Catherine, Sifris, Estella... It actually meets the expectation.

Thank you very much. Maybe the way I define “more” is different with your side, 37 out of 66 epic characters means the chance of getting same characters is high. If this is the expected result I will get used to the situation in the future.
Besides hope my drop rate of legendary or epic characters would not be reduced after my complaint. 🙂
