Regarding the account issue, please do not worry, we will try our best to find your account back. In order to verify your account information, please provide the following information:
- Account ID
- (If you don't remember your character id, you can also provide your character name and server information for us to check )
- Character name
- Screenshot of purchase record (if purchased):
- At least 3 screenshots of purchase record, if less than 3, please provide all the purchase records.
- At least 2 of the following information need to be correct:
- Character creation time (month/day) (error within 1-2 days can be passed)
- The device on which the character was created
- The city where the character has been logged in for the past month.
- The device on which the character has been logged in for the last month.
