I had 48 gold dice and started summoning on the Elminster event banner…on my 30th summon I had enough sages chess pieces and clicked on his image upper right thinking he would just appear on my hero inventory. That wasn’t the case, a summon happened resetting my pitty and I didn’t get another copy of him. Had I summoned my 35th gold dice I would had a copy of him. Any chance that I can get a copy of Elminster? This is an expensive mistake! I decided to summon the rest of my gold dice on the banner thinking this was a joke. Nope 48 gold dice and one Elminster that should be an automatic 2 copies of him. Don’t reset people’s Pitty just because they decide to summon him from the right image banner because one has enough Sages chess pieces. I am highly aggravated by this.

You can find additional informations on each banner. Elminster's banner is only 0.5% drop rate and no pity. This is because it drops a large amount of statues, which can also be obtained during the event
