Scharlach loses skill bar

After getting this character I'm noticing that the character will lose the skill bar when his summon dies, this shouldn't happen because it takes him twice the time to let him summon again. He can't do anything else without his summon and he gets punished by not using the skill when the summon dies, it doesn't say anywhere that this happens but it does in battle if you look closely on his skill bar when his summon dies he can't refresh it

Not sure if this is intended because it's not in the skill description

Regarding the Scharlach skill issue you asked about, after verification by our relevant team, this is a normal game setting. Scharlach will lose the skill bar when his summon dies, this is because his skills are switched, and switching skills will clear the cd. When there is no Summoned Unit, the skill is summoning; when there is Summoned Unit, the skill is to let the Summoned Unit release the skill.
