By the end of season two, I don't have a single copy of a legendary character. Maybe some people like this kind of complication of the game, but I feel frustrated by it. It becomes more difficult for me to compete with other players for a place in the rankings. Accordingly, I begin to lose interest in the game, although I would like to play it. Perhaps it is worth simplifying the ways of obtaining legendary artifacts to players.

As aforementioned in other places in this Discord and in Global Chat in-game, the game is less a Strategy Game when you can not strategize other parts of the game and it rewards mainly on Currency spent.
When everything is already earned, then the playing field is truly even, and as such, only Whales get the truest sense of Strategy as there isn't disparity such as lack of items. As of right now, whoever has Legendary Artifacts will OFTEN be placed higher than clearly those that don't, sometimes even if they have partial Epic Gear. The typical "strategy" is seeing who didn't Gear Up properly, geared different people oddly, or who isn't Skill Scrolled Fully. Otherwise, you CAN still strategize outside of those parameters but it doesn't come by that often, tbh.

Maybe look into your summoning strategy for s3. The normal banners give you the biggest pool of heroes and a chance at exclusives. However at the same time that is the lowest chance to get dupes. Those Alternate Summons and Blessed banners can have a rather large probability to give you dupes if you already have several of those heroes in there. It will depend a lot on the match between the banner or the roster but they have the potential for dupe fishing to get artifacts. Getting dupes for inspiration is sadly on another level as you want pretty specific ones - that is the part where i would like the game to give all players a hand to get some progress.

I mean, that works. However, let's face it:
For F2P / Low Spenders / Savers, high chances by S2, you aren't going to Save your Heliolite Dice for Blessed Summons Banner. All your HDs will go to (1) Seasonal Hero Event and (2) Collab Hero Event (Artifact, too). That being said, most F2P / Low Spenders / Savers won't be able to easily have HDs after those Events nor even have lots of Legendaries. A True F2P could have 6 - 8 Legendaries per Season, including Seasonal and Collab Heroes, which isn't enough to have Dupes nor Select for Dupes early on in Early Seasons.

Actualy, i am Low Spander) buy only "Warmarrow mining warrant" for month, nothing more. Right now i have 9 legendaries, 2 of them from Horn, free Erich and Ardreth for which I started saving dices since season 1. And, yes, i have leg artifact - "Gatekeepers staff" for my Garius, becouse i have tactic and not opening dices in random blessing. Now i skip Elminster and saving dice again for "Blessed Summon 4" to pick Hochadir, Erich and Oggok, to have win/win situation to get unkill or legendary art. Just set priorities.
But, i agree with you suggestion! I take all rare and epic artifacts and now, when i get dupes, i have nothing, only essence...it looks weird.

Congratz on your Legendaries! However, getting a Dupe is literally a Chance of Luck for Low Spenders, especially with only 9 out of 73 Chances (I didn't count the DnD Collab Heros). That's a 12% Chance, which makes you pretty Lucky. Also, good choice for Staff on Garius!
