Hi, I am leader of the guild. The Alliance Duel is still at preparation stage, as of the time when I post this (20:44 GMT+0).
But I cannot change the commander, as per the video. It keeps popping up a message disallowing me to make the change.
Please help investigate as it affects our Alliance Duel setting.

So what you means is we can only change the commander during the 2 hours Matchmarking Stage?
If so, don’t you think it’s another misleading information in Tournament Introductions page?
From that page, sentence “The commander can’t be changed after the match starts” is stated under the “Preparation Stage” subtitle.
And perhaps it is only my stupid, but people will think preparation stage is not start of the match.
And the aforementioned sentence should be moved upwards prior to the preparation stage subtitle.
From what I see, it’s not 100% your fault as i didn’t try to change the commander earlier. And I appreciate your swift reply.
But the fact is there’s still better guidance / information needed for all players.
And this issue has cost our alliance the Defense Awards this week…
