Goodnight.
I summoned 60 heliolites in the ardreth event, and then I decided to go up to 70 to get the second guaranteed legendary. But when it got to 70 an epic came (Sifiris), so I went to 71 and nothing, I tried 72 and nothing either.
I want to know what will be done, because I cannot be harmed in this way.
The right thing to do would be to have these heliolites extras back, in addition to my legendary one.
Very frustrating
#BUG IN PIT 70

well first we need to learn how the pity system works. if you read summon details it explains that you get a legendary hero at 35th dice IF you have not received one beforehand. So for example if you roll 10 dice and get a legendary the pity/guarantee system resets and you next guaranteed hero will be at 45. etc
I am aware of this rule.
My legendary came in the 35 pit, so I decided to go up to 70.
never seen this bug , the players are always wrong. show more pull history you are showing only last 10 pulls
But the game only allows you to view the last 7 days.
I really wanted to get another legendary along the way, but unfortunately only the horrible Durem one came in 35
yeah in your screenshot you are showing last 5 days scroll down more
I had never seen it either, which is why I was so desperate.
They told me that if the epic's mandatory pull was the same as the legendary's, just take one more shot, and the legendary would come.
I fired two more shots, and nothing...
no it always works , if this is really a bug it will get fixed but i really doubt it ๐
they can see full pull history anyways so will find out soon enough
The rest of the image
yeah will see , but i seen many "bug reports" and the player has always been wrong so i will remain sceptical but i hope it gets resolved fast ! ๐
I also hope it gets resolved quickly
I'm f2p, I count and calculate each helium very well.
I'm very unlucky, it happens to no one, and it happens to me.
if there is a mistake they will fix it.
