She only heals the champion with lowest max HP, not the champ who has taken damage, as you can see with the 17662 heal on the backline when Quaesitia is the one who's been damaged

Here you go, you can see that the heal that's between 16-18k never goes to Quaesitia who is damaged, instead choosing to heal the back line champion or the turret

Dear Traveler,

We apologize for any confusion regarding Uloar's skill targeting logic. The skill is designed to prioritize healing the unit with the lowest absolute health ratio (current health/maximum health), which is why it didn't target the front-line hero.

Regarding Quaesitia receiving two instances of 5750 healing, we would like to clarify that this was caused by effects from other skills.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are here to assist you.

Yes the 5750 heal is from Quaesitia themselves. I'll use a different team to show where the healing is still going to the wrong place, where it is healing a champ with full HP.

I have disabled Quaesitia's ult in this video so there are no other sources of healing.

Throughout the entire video you can see that the heal only goes to Letalis despite Quaesitia being the only champion taking damage

Dear Traveler, we sincerely apologize for our previous incorrect response. After confirming with our team, we have found that Uloar's skill targeting logic prioritizes healing the unit with the lowest absolute value of blood volume, rather than current health or maximum health. Therefore, healing will only be directed towards Letalis.

If you have any inquires or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your time and understanding!

Is this going to be fixed? Because Uloar's heal is pretty useless like this...

Then people can quickly know whether or not to use this character on their teams for their intended purposes.

I mean, you can design your characters, and we don't really have a say on that other than to say please. But you offer 2nd banner selections sometimes and I dunno, people select characters sometimes. It'd just be nice if we know what we are getting a little bit better, so that we can do this with a little more knowledge. 💖 TYTY

Thanks for your patience.

The problem you reported earlier is not an abnormal situation. After verification by our relevant team, the [+220% attack] mentioned in Uloar’s passive skill refers to Uloar’s own attack. When selecting an enemy, the unit with the lowest absolute health value is selected for treatment, so the front row hero is not selected. Since the blood volume percentage is not the lowest, there are situations where a full-health unit has less blood volume than a residual-health unit. The health volume of a level 90 half-health hero is higher than that of a level 1 full-health hero. This is normal.

Hope my answer will be helpful to you. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact me.
