The items sounds u would get 30% additional attack and hp with no Leg. Hero's it's not giving no were near that. Base on hero was 1415 attack gave 849 attack just the 60% missing the 30%. Hit points wrong to 35550 giving 7710 which only the base hp it said it give and no more. So both additional attack and hp not being receive by the item.

Gondore u can see easely at least whetever the HP bonusnis added but i can assure u that the atack bonus also added as i did test runs.BTW Ravatrix root is actually one of the best gear in the entire game to put on an offensive epic champ, Olease test it and see it for yourself
The hp bonus u see when vortex boss starts to suddenly hit your dps bec of ravatrix not the tank who supposed to have 10-15 k hp more
