Regarding the Map issue, please try the following steps that might solve the issue,
- Clear the game cache.
- Please switch to a stable network and restart the game.
If the issue still exists, it would be highly appreciated if you provide us with the following details:
- Character ID
- Character Name
- Game Log
For Windows users:
- Game log location: Please navigate to the logs folder in the game's installation directory.
- Example of game installation path: C:\Users\Admin\Downloads\GameFolder
Please pack all the log files and send them to the email address dragonheir.service@gmail.com. In the email, please mention your character nickname/character ID. After we receive your information, we will immediately notify our technical team to check and address the issue.
