Certain heroes are not using their ultimate skills

For some reason Questa started not to use her ultimate skill a few days ago in goblin lair, now my Frurbath started doing the same too. It only happens in Goblin Lairs. I need some help please. Player id: 2403100585029746688

You have their Ultimate Skills on off (no yellow dot indicating that it’s on Auto) which allows you to have some characters on Auto while others need to be Manual. If you want them on Auto, you can click their portrait once and the yellow dot will start glowing, indicating that their Ult is on Auto and not manual
