After checking from our end, we regret to inform you that you account banned as your account currency is a negative number. You have applied for 6 refunds in total on November 24th, 2023.
Moreover, if the system detects a refunded order in your account, the corresponding props will be automatically deducted. If the item has been used, the equivalent value of the game currency will be subtracted. If the game currency balance becomes negative, you must restore it to a positive balance within 7 days (e.g. by purchasing a crystal pack). If the account balance is still negative after 7 days, the result will be an account ban.
If you require assistance in unblocking your account, we can do so for a period of 24 hours. You must log in within this timeframe and restore your currency by purchasing Crystal Packs. If your currency balance becomes positive within 24 hours, you may continue to log in. However, if your currency balance remains negative after 24 hours, your account will be banned.
