When selecting "all" on the equipment filter, you don't see pos/neg runes, only equipment. (Also no artifacts, but I think that's a good thing!)
You DO see the filters for 'haste', 'attack speed' etc which are only viable for runes.

We have verified that only weapons can be filtered in "All". Runes are another kind of props. If you want to filter runes, you can directly select the corresponding runes to filter.

Then I'd suggest greying out the fliter options for 'haste' and 'attack speed' and such as they can't be matched anyways.
You do that when only looking for chestpieces for instance too, no 'critical damage' filter option there.
