Athalean has been being quietly rebuilt, and perpetually raining, for about 2 IRL weeks for me. Immeral has received his box of friendlies from Sythairelan, after he and his folks were returned from their imprisonment. I've been given my bracelet with no known purpose from Jathalea. Elifea has sent me to water the Rune tree about 4-5 times now. And yet Athalean is still on fire from its earlier attack... probably just an oversight... but please put out its fire. TY, TY.

Additionally, concerning the perpetual rain issue, upon checking in the game, everything appears to be functioning correctly. Could you possibly provide us with a screen recording to further investigate? I can then forward it to our team for a thorough check.

The issue is with the FIRE which... the rain, and the magic, and the efforts of the citizens, by now, for sure, should have put out the fire by now.
