Is there any way we can get control over how much some characters talk? I like to use Vidimir but man does he talk way too much. His main attack is ok, but his constant "I'm just an old fellow" schtick plays far too often and ruins my enjoyment of having sound on to the point that I have to turn sound off when I am using him.

Yes please. I would love to turn off the character's talking. I've been playing without sound on since second week of season 1 due to the repetitive spamming by champions in battle.
