I installed that and nothing changed on my S24+. I loaded up an arena battle and it froze almost immediately.
I'm having the same issue with s24 ultra, at first was just pvp arena now it's crashing in goblin lair and vortex too
I've spent over 3k on the game so far to stay top ranked in echo leader board.. I really don't want to miss out or fall behind from not being able to do vortex
Worst part during the new champion event, to miss out on ardreth would absolutely kill the game for me

Yeah if it wasn't for the PC client I might be done. I could still play on my old phone but that's definitely besides the point

@charred slate @normal pulsar Hi Traveler, regarding the crash/freezing issue, may I confirm if you have deleted the old patch before downloading the new patch? If not, it is recommended to delete the game and install it again. But please remember to link your account first in case of losing your account.
No I did not do that, I just updated the game with that apk. I will try to get to this tomorrow (it's almost bedtime here).
I uninstalled the game and installed the APK linked above. I've tried a pillar battle and a few arena, and it seems to be much more stable so far.

Ok, so I'm not alone in this. Apparently it's a 'thing' with PokemonGO and other games too. I can't play DH on my phone until it's resolved. 😦

Did you uninstall and install the apk in this channel?
You also need to disable your app store from auto updating.

Regarding the game crash problem you reported, this is an adaptation issue related to the Snapdragon 8 gen 3 chip. We suggest you uninstall the game first and try our following link to reinstall it. Did you guys turn off auto-updates in the store? The apk above is still working fine.
The apk stopped working for me
Not sure if I should post here, but I'm using a Galaxy S7 FE and yesterday the game started freezing at the splash screen where it starts loading. It does this every time I try to open using the shortcut. I can only get it to open by going to app settings and click open through the app info and it doesn't work every time. I tried uninstall and reinstall but now it still does the same thing but I can't even get back to my account when I get it to work. It shows that my log in was successful but then wants me to pick a character and name all over again.

@golden sequoia my character name is Orion_Pax but I can't get any other info because it's constantly getting frozen at this screen. I have to repeatedly try opening the app to get it to open and load like normal. I've played every day and this just started out of nowhere in the past couple days so I'm not sure what happened. One of the times I got the game to load, I went through creating a character all over again hoping I could reload my original character, but no luck. Even though my Gmail/Google play account info was there to choose from for logging in, all my game info is gone from that reinstall.
Yea the game is bricked for the new phones, sadly either dL it on the computer or forget about it, I've tried everything for weeks

@rocky wave Dear Traveler, thank you so much for your patience, please use the same device on which you created your lost account to log in and create a character by using any third-party account in the login page. Once you have created your character, please provide us with the ID of the new character and we will help you to switch the lost account with the newly created one.
After that, you will be able to use this third-party account to log in to your old account.

I cannot link to the account because it is in the process of being deleted. So I have to wait to do it for the current game, that I started. So I cannot install this package. 🫣 I thought I would find a solution for the issue here, not a workaround. As I see, this seems to be a bigger issue. ☹️
Do you mean you are unable to link your account to a third party account, so you can't re-install the app? If so, you can record your character id and then re-install the package with the same device. Then use a third party account login to create a new character. At last, provide us with your old character id and new created character id. We will help you link your old character id to the third party account. Then you can use the third party account to login your old character.

Did you install the app you are using after downloading it from the link above? If not, can you try again after downloading and installing using the link above?
I used the link. After that, there was an update in the store (126 MB), and after that, the problem returned.
The update from the store changed something in the code.
