Put simply - all my characters got out of frame; i waited a bit longer and it's still the same. unsure how to replicate it, but i believe it's a combination of pausing/removing it and probably animation

Regarding the issue about your heroes go out of frame, we suggest that you try the following steps that might solve the issue:

  • Clear the game cache.
  • Please switch to a stable network and restart the game.

If the issue still exists, it would be highly appreciated if you provide us with the following details:

  • A screen recording during the battle.
  • Game Log

For Windows users:

  • Game log location: Please navigate to the logs folder in the game installation directory.
  • Example of game installation path: C:\Users\Admin\Downloads\GameFolder

For Android users:

  • Game log location: Please find the log file in the /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/ directory using a file manager.

Please pack all the log files and send them to the email address dragonheir.service@gmail.com. In the email, please mention your character nickname/character ID.
