#Refund all resources for hero when devs make changes to skills etc. ( recent Zhorak changes)

Hi all,
regarding this recent event with zhorak:

The ultimate of Zhorak will grant all Ice Blast allies the effect of his passive skill, but the allies can't gain any stack of Ice Crystal from this passive, namely, allies can only gain the damage effect from it, not the extra Ice Crystal amount.

In addition, our team will optimize the description of Zhorak's ultimate skill as soon as possible.

When skills of a hero change so drastically, you should reset the hero to lvl 1, refund the scrolls etc and let the players decide if they want to invest in the hero again after patches/tweaks/nerfs.
For many players resources ar scarce, especially legendary scrolls.

agreed.. we spend money getting champs that later turn out to be broken, and instead of fixing the heroes you make adjustments to the kit description. That is fine and all, but that's no longer the champion i decided to spend money on and a hero reset with all the resources being refunded is the least you can do after a scam like that

While I think it would be ideal, it seems technically difficult to perform for all users. I think these kind of fixes should not have to happen in the first place and that this issue should be solved at the root.

I think Raid did refund all resources when changing skills for a character so technically it seems doable at the very least. It’s basically enabling the reset function for a limited amount of time for one character like we have at the beginning of a season.
