Elvis does not apply Witch's Remains' DEF down effect starting from the 2nd ultimate and onwards

Been testing Elvis on the boss Journ and he only seems to apply the effect on the first ultimate. Accuracy was upwards of 350 so that was not the issue. Could you guys kindly check this out? Can record and provide a vid if needed.

In the video, Elvis only applies the DEF down on the first ultimate. He was unable to apply DEF down afterwards on any subsequent ultimate.

The witch's remains' effect is triggered with probability and is not 100% to be triggered. It is recommended that you try it again.

Hi, the issue is that the probability goes to 0% after the 1st ultimate. Please refer to the video sent previously. I purposely let the fight go on for multiple ults to show that it is not due to probability.

I played Elvis about 15 times against Alton. Indeed, the debuff only takes place the first time. Elvis's accuracy is more than 400. This is really a bug, and I just can't close it for 22 million because of this.
