I used Loris as my attack down debuffer but he never inflicted the Def Down debuff when he uses Crown of the Unknown or Witch's Remains.. I'm using an Ice Blast team with him and he has 300 Accuracy but he never inflicts that debuff at all..
It's not an accuracy issue because when I use other characters like Frurbath or Sigrid who doesn't even benefit from the affinity buff they are able to inflict the Def Down even if they have lower accuracy

Does his ultimate do damage? It doesn’t read like it does, and the artifact requires it.
