After verification by our relevant team, this is normal because the trigger of this passive skill does not include summons, and skeletons are summons.

@light bone Pardon me, but this is not normal. Questa's passive ability triggers on "enemy" death. You say that summoned creatures don't count as enemies. The description of the Ring of Winter artifact says it deals damage to "enemies". Does it deal damage to summoned creatures? Yes, it does. How does the word "enemy" in the description of this artifact differ from the word "enemy" in the description Questa's passive ability? I mean, I spent experience and crystals to raise Questa from 1 to 98 level, only to find out that according to the game designers a summoned creature is not considered an enemy.
I can see that the problem is more serious than a simple bug. Answer the questions please:
Many heroes have an inspiration level that says "heals the hero by +8% Max HP after killing an enemy". Does this ability trigger when a summoned creature dies? At level 7 elemental affinity Scorch for fire/necro and Impurity for lighting/poison the concept of "enemy" is used too. Do these bonuses apply to summoned creatures?

This skill only affects enemy heroes and does not include summoned objects. It can also affect other targets that are not restricted to enemy heroes, such as summons.
