Cyrille set bug with donella

I haven't the 15% attack buff with donella but she put 2 debuffs.

If i use this set on voresh it's work.

It's the toy dragon thing that puts them, not Donella herself. Same counts for Nissa for instance. That's why champs like that don't work. They also don't work for applying defdown with WR for instance.

Hey, are you saying that Donella can't apply Def down with WR anymore? It used to work in S1...I was considering building her but if what you say is correct, she will stay at lvl 1

I didn't test her personally. I just know a thing like this is programmed as Lydia stated that a while back. Easy to test on lvl1 VS training dummies

I had to lvl her up to 50 to unlock the artifact slot, and I can confirm she (or better said, the puppet bird) applies Def Penalty when equipped with Witch's remains
