@west parrot Dear Traveler, thank you for your patience, We would like to inform you that the interaction between Hero Donella and Cyril's set worked as intended. The debuffs generated by the hero are necessary for Cyril's set to take effect. The Accuracy Penalty and Healing Prohibition are inflicted by Donella's summoned unit, the magic puppet bird. Therefore, Donella herself does not inflict any debuffs, which explains why Cyril's set appears not to work.
