After verification by our relevant team, we can assure you that the Elemental Affinity effect of lightning and poison worked normally. And also, the buff of Temporal Vortex will be replaced every week, which might be the reason why your damage was not the same as usual.

also why you are not seeing extra numbers on battleskill/ults in your test is because the numbers from the affinity node don't pop up on screen but they do in the damage meters you can test that yourself , we have already done all the rests in another "bug" report.
