I have been having problems with landing debuff with units that have 100% chance activation rates and with 280 accuracy+ and still miss debuffs?
In graves of curse, the accuracy recommended was 220, is there something not mention ? Or some hidden machenic? Or is it just a bug?
In my case I used vinyara, I hear from other ppl Sigird with 280+ accuracy fail to land her debuff also (sometimes)
