Regarding your inquiry about Artifact Witch's Remains, there are no bugs in this artifact.
An artifact's skill can only apply a buff to the same target once. For example, Karf's ultimate skill is 3 times of damage. If he wears this artifact, his ultimate skill can only trigger this artifact once on the same target, not 3 times. However, It can be triggered on multiple enemy units. This trigger means it is targeted at a single unit. It does not mean that the effect of the artifact can only be effective on one unit at a time.

We have verified that Cyril's Whisper three piece set not working on Donella is a normal game setting. The conditions for the set to take effect require the wearer to trigger it. The debuffs (Healing Prohibition, Accuracy reduction, etc.)applied by the skills released by Donella are triggered by summons. The wearer's summons do not belong to the wearer and therefore cannot be triggered. The stun of combat skills is a control buff and not a debuff, and it cannot trigger the set effect.
