First of all: Thanks for a capturing and nice game.
I suggest a rework/balancing in regard to the actual powerlevel of the account. People spending money do get too much of an advantage in my opinion in gear, ingame currency and progression. Hereby I not only mean people spending money for in-game currency like Wyrmarrow but also food and scrolls. It is an advantage that destroys the balance and fun for example in arena. I do however like the limit of the daily possible achievements through your system of account level dependant progress. It makes it possible for people who don´t have too much time to spend on a game to not loose too much in comparison to those who can afford spending more than 2 hours a day for gaming. Thanks!
Regarding the arena suggestion would be to rework for example the arena algorithm to match each person better on an individual level. Taking into account the overall in-Game progression, available characters and artifacts as well as the rating of the used team. Trying to do this cross-servers would also eliminate the need for bots to fill in gaps. Also saving layouts at certain stages (like players being in Act VII/Act VIII for example) could give the non-player characters more diversity.
Collecting anything besides Iron Ore seems to be pointless to me. Especially low-level recipes are not worth trying to gather for and revisiting old areas doesn´t seem to be necessary so pretty often skipped. My suggestion here would be to implement side missions in the areas at every stage or act of the game, making it worthwhile to revisit old places. A possibility to implement some lore presents itself in my opinion as well.

I do like to build and theorycraft with characters and different strategies. Until now I had quite a blast until I realized how different the factions really are. Some factions don´t have any access to certain buffs/debuffs in the game which does destroy the balance of the overall gameplay. Taking into account how the chances on some of the characters even are is hard to understand in my opinion. My suggestion here is to get an overview which faction has access to which buff/debuff and at which rarity (epic/rare/legendary) they are available and trying to balance them. It doesn´t mean that every faction should be identical but a broader access to different kinds of buffs/debuffs would be nice.
