#s1 ended earlier than expected and we lost the ranking rewards of the last day

The server showed us that it will close in 3 days. Yesterday we achieved 100% on the last boss. Today I login, and I see that I am in s2 already. I login, and I get my raking rewards from s1, BUT

  • I didn't receive the rewards from yesterday's daily damage on last boss
  • I didn't receive the rewards from the total ranking damage on last boss
  • I didn't receive the rewards from yesterday's vortex
  • I didn't receive the rewards from training event
    I hope you can see this and resolve it.

So it doesn't matter if we try to fight more for the total ranking, you will close the server whenever suits you (2 days earlier here), we will lose all the rewards for that, and we wont get any compensation for that and all is fine, right?
It makes no sense at all. You could at least give automatically the rewards that the players earned the day before you close the server and then close it. The worst part is that several players actually got the rewards and I feel like an idiot that I lost all that. I really hope you will fix this

Not saying that this is the best way to manage the server merge, but they warned about losing unclaimed rewards and dates possibly being moved forward in a in-game note
