Yes, this is the worst implementation of promo codes I've ever seen. Promo codes should be a reason for the community to get excited and share in the freebies, but with how limited the codes are, it creates a feelsbad moment for anybody who didn't hear about it soon enough. Promo codes should not be making players feel bad, they should be exciting and rewarding for everybody who plays the game.
if you need to make them less frequent and bigger, that's fine, but don't make these codes that expire after 3 hours and then everybody else in the community hears about it but it's already gone
