1.Try connecting to a different network to see if there is any improvement.
2.Change gaming equipment.
3.Exit the game and restart.

It wasn't like this before. It just started. I don't have a different network I can use. Gaming equipment is only limited to my PC and phone. I always exit the game and restart and it's the same thing. I'm not sure what to do.
Any tip on how I can improve my ISP without changing if this is the case?

If possible, please package and send the entire log file to us for review:
- For Android devices:
- To provide the log file, please navigate to the following directory on your device: /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/
- For PC:
- To obtain the log file, please follow this path on your computer: C:\Users(replace with your username)\AppData\LocalLow\sgra\Dragonheir Silent Gods
In addition to the log files, it would be helpful if you could provide us with the following information:
- Your role id
- Your mobile device model
- Your mobile service provider (carrier)

I change network service provider and it worked found out the one im using doesnt set well in dragonheir server.

Thanks for trying to help and I'm not being a jerk here. I'm not going to go through all this because this should not have been an issue in the first place. I will try to play this game with the amount of patience I have, and then quit if I can no longer take it.
The game is good, I give you that. I played non-stop if I have time. I play a lot of games but I go to this first every time when I get to my PC or phone. It's kind of unique and challenging too.
Hopefully this will improve. I hate to uninstall the game just because the network is not stable.
