I have a Cyril light amor set on donella, when she debuff vortex boss, not matter from the passive or the ult skill, there is no atk buff on the team. It seems the set it bugged atm?

To help identify the bug more clearly, I put the same set on lossenia, who inflict debuff all the time, the set works well! It seems Donella is a unique unit has this bug? I don’t know how many other hero’ will have the same bug

Regarding your inquiry about Cyril's Whisper three piece set, Cyril's Whisper three piece set not working on Donella is a normal game setting. The conditions for the set to take effect require the wearer to trigger it. The debuffs (Healing Prohibition, Accuracy reduction, etc.)applied by the skills released by Donella are triggered by summons.The wearer's summons do not belong to the wearer and therefore cannot be triggered.The stun of combat skills is a control buff and not a debuff, and it cannot trigger the set effect.

Even her ultimate? Wtf is this design choice? It worked perfectly before last hotfix, why make the decision that the way she does damage is considered a summon? Can you damage it? No. can u target it? No. That's like saying "The set doesn't work with any weapon wielder because it's the weapon that deals damage, not the wielder".... sometimes it seems like you want to change something that's not broken just to say "we changed it"... fix the freakin KNOWN issues before creating new ones please

Before the hotfix, I think the set was bugged in the other direction where any debuff applied by anyone in the party was triggering the set effect which is probably why it was working then.

Ok so now when u DO apply a debuff, it doesn't work at all... nice, sorry if I seem bitter but why in the hell is Donatella considered having a summon all of a sudden???

Yeah... I could see and argument for the passive not working but there's no indication in the wording of the ult that it's the summon hitting and not her. We even have the tutorial unit Gulal as an example where it DOES specify that it's the summon hitting on the ult.
Out of curiosity, I went and tested on some other summon units that apply debuff. Oddly, it works with Gulal's ult and Nissa's passive despite both explicitly stating that the status is applied by the summons...
