Items purchased from cart still not available after refresh

After upgrading the cart in camp to level 5, I purchased the available elemental stones. However, after the refresh timer hit 0 nothing changed. The lvl 6 items are still unavailable and all I can purchase is iron ore or basic tonic potion. I waited through several 'refreshes' but still no change.

Basic tonic & iron ore only

Huh, seems like a bit of a wasted feature. Iron ore is everywhere, basic tonic is easily made and available for sale nearly everywhere. All the one-off items may be more difficult to get, but are still attainable before they are unlocked in the cart. If they are one-offs they may as well just be part of the rewards instead of the item required for cart upgrade. I think it would make more sense if they were refreshed regularly. They would still be limited by both time (refresh) and money (assuming prices were set reasonably), but would allow another method of obtaining those items outside of the standard dungeons.

Regarding the issue of the store you consulted not refreshing, there is a countdown to the end of the refresh, judging from the screenshot, you still has 4 hours for the items of the truck to refresh. Please wait patiently.

Thanks Lydia, attached is a fresh screenshot from this morning. It shows the refresh timer has restarted, but there has been no change in what is available for purchase in the cart. As demonstrated in the conversation with SFB above, it appears other players have grown accustomed to the cart not refreshing. As a dev can you please confirm/deny if the upgrade-locked items are intended to have one-off availability or if they were supposed to become available again upon cart refresh?

No, I mean when I upgraded the cart to level 5, I was able to purchase some elemental sandstone (or fluorite I don't recall which). But when the cart 'refreshed' there were no new elemental stones available.

Except for Basic Tonic Potion and iron ore, which are refreshed every day, other products cannot be refreshed and will disappear after being purchased. You have purchased a level 5 product, so it will disappear and not refresh again.
