Dear @rotund snow, thank you for your cooperation.
As per the screenshot you provided and our game mechanics.
The number +2% indicates the effect's basic add not the total effect.
To calculate the total you have to multiply the basic number which is "+2%" multiplied by "The number on the effect icon". Which is in your case at this point of the match is "20" (Image Attached).
